Returns & Exchanges

At Fit by Obsession, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
• We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@fitbyobsession.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the return mailing address and instructions.
